Using patient and staff experience to co-design better healthcare services is the goal of the Partners in Care programme.
We will be running the seven-month Health Quality & Safety Commission (HQSC) programme over 2017/18, beginning in September, and we are seeking staff to take part.
Partners in Care is about identifying opportunities to improve services, moving this to a project phase and having patients and their feedback as an integral part of that process.
Patients have a unique viewpoint and can provide valuable input on how services can be improved, where priorities should be set, and where quality issues have arisen in the delivery of health services.
What is Partners in Care and how can you take part?
For more information about the programme go to www.hqsc.govt.nz/our-programmes/partners-in-care/

Expressions of interest should be made to Averil Boon and be received by 5pm on Friday 4 August.
