Exemptions and Exceptions to Covid vaccination

The Ministry of Health has released details of the exemption/exception process to mandatory Covid vaccination, including a number of flow charts, clinical criteria, guidance and application to MOH processes as well as official ‘certificates’ for patients.

Things to note:
A medical exemption is for a maximum of 6 months.
It doesn’t appear to allow for people who could have Pfizer but would prefer to have an alternative option (which is coming but it is unknown what the availability or eligibility for this option will be yet).
It looks like specialists might need to be involved in some cases.
