Recent changes to Internet Explorer may be affecting the functionality of the eReferral system.
If you are using Internet Explorer and are now unable to make eReferrals, please check the following documents for potential fixes:
- Switching compatibility mode on within Internet Explorer 10.
- Deleting browsing history/clearing the cache.
- Ensuring BPAC Decision Support looks for the latest form versions.
