Advance Care Planning Level 2 training course

The Best Communication Training I’ve Ever Been On

Please click here to see details of an Advance Care Planning Level 2 training course which will be run in the Bay of Plenty in June. This course has been run a number of times locally and is without doubt the best communication training course I have ever attended.

The BOPDHB Future Care Planning Advisory Group will offer funded positions on this training.  The date will be 21-22 June 2016, with the venue to be confirmed at a later date.

Applications for funded training are made via the survey monkey embedded in the flyer linked above; please note there is a prerequisite of completing the eLearning Level 1 ACP training which you can access at- www.advancecareplanning.org.nz
